 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  Travelling from the UK and wanted to visited Taram Negara - we booked a bus via RedBus and chose Han Travel to take us from the Cameron Highlands.

After the initial bus ride to the jetty to take us the rest of the way, the helpful staff walked us through all the tour options and a) everything was a lot cheaper than online, b) we weren’t pressured into anything and everything was very clearly explained, and c) the tours themselves were punctual, fun, and the tour guides were amazing.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  10/10 service, the other reviews don’t make sense to me. Travelled around SEA for 9 months on all kinds of transports, this was one of the best.

Informative and punctual, very rare. I always knew what was going on, we even got lunch (real cooked food) half way through. Again, very rare.

Bus driver was lovely, the boat was a great experience. Went from KL to there and back, both journeys perfect.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  Han Travel offers an affordable and well-organized way to explore Taman Negara and several major cities. The service is efficient, and the trips are well-planned, making it a convenient option for travelers.

However, be prepared for a fast-paced ride—some drivers aren't very friendly and seem to be in quite a hurry, leading to a VERY bumpy journey. While I never felt unsafe, the constant speed and lack of smooth braking made the ride quite rough, to the point where I almost got carsick.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  Booked Han Travel from KL to Kuala Tahan, and then from Kuala Tahan to the Perhentian Islands online. When we got to KL we got given clear information about the two transfers, and the lady in the office was extremely helpful. The buses were clean and comfortable,  and despite the long drives we had enough stops. Excellent communication throughout! Would definitely recommend using them.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  We had a great experience with Han travel for the minivan and boat to Taman Negara. You do make an hour long stop in Jerantut, which would have been nice to know. However, the bus we were in was clean and ran smoothly. Just don’t expect these minivans to live up to European standards.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  Fijne rit van KL naar Taman Negara met Shashi als chauffeur. Vertelde tijdens de rit veel over de omgeving en geschiedenis. Laatste stuk met de boot gedaan, was erg ontspannen en de 10 euro meer dan waard. Kwamen zelf wilde dieren tegen.

The driver drove way too fast. overtaking other cars, creating dangerous situations for the passengers. Because of his rekless driving, our suitcase broke which they refuse to pay back. With the 'boat option' to Kuala Tahan the engine broke a numerous amount of times, which let us to push the boat by ourselfs, ending up with a delay of over an hour. The travel agency helps  us a lot and they change our route as we want it without charging us any extra fees . All the excursions were really well organized Also last day they we were waiting for us to finished all the activities and then to drive as back to KL . Thank you very much for your hospitality. Tour Details

This will be an adventure trip into the 130 million years old tropical rainforest – Taman Negara, Malaysia.

In the rainforest, we sleep nowhere but in the cave with the low roar of the beast at night. Open your eyes only see candle light and darkness. One day before the trip start, the guide will give you a short brief about the trip, basiclly it’s back to the Flintstones-style.

1. Torch Light / Head lamp / Flash light (Either one)

7. A small backpack with 35L – 45L (Not too small)

3. Some food (1 cane food, instant noodle, some vegetable and others)

4. Mineral water 1.5L x 3 bottle

Note
1. This trail not suitable for young kid and senior citizen. Unless you’re good on trekking.
2. Day 1 is about 9.5KM to trek up down hill, Day 2 another 9km and more flat but muddy
3. Both day require do river crossing. Normal water level 2 feet’s. Bad weather could raise to 4-5 feet’s. Kids under 150cm below is very hard to cross the river.

Itinerary

Day 1

0920 hrs Meet and gather. We will whatsapp you the meeting point
Meet the guide and short brief
0930: Start packing your belongings
1030: Bag declaration at the Wildlife Department, Taman Negara
** Canopy Walkway not include in the itinerary
1100: 2hr boat to Kuala Keniam (Pack lunch provided)
5hr trekking to Kepayang Cave and stay for the night
1800: Prepare dinner together with the guide at the cave

Day 2

0800: Breakfast at cave
1000: Trekking to Kuala Trenggan 5 hours, stop by river site 1 hour for simple lunch, swim at river if water level is safe.
1300 ~ 1400: Boat transfer to orang asli village
Short visit at the orang asli village and return to Kuala Tahan by boat
** Be prepare to get wet during the boat ride
1500 ~ 1700: Welcome back to Kuala Tahan and tour end
